The National Free Zones Council, in fulfillment with the established in Law 200-04 of Free Access to Public Information and the Decree No.130-05 that approves its application regulation, puts in the disposition of our visitors, the transparency information of the institution.

In this sense following the dispositions of Law No. 340-06 of Purchases and Hirings of Goods, Services, Works and Concessions, we have created the Purchases Committee of the National Free Zones Council.

Following the suggestions made by the Department for the Prevention of Corruption and the dispositions of Decree No. 149-98 of April 29th of 1998, we have created the Commission for Public Ethics.
