These terms of use and policies regulates the use of Internet portal services www.cnzfe.gob.do that the National Free Zones Council, registered at Calle Leopoldo Navarro No. 61, Edificio San Rafael 5th floor, Ensanche Miraflores, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, makes available to Internet users. The use of the portal attributes the condition of user of the Website and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all of the provisions contained in the Terms of Use and Policy in the version published by CNZFE at the same time that the user accesses the portal. Therefore, you should carefully read this letter in each occasion that you may intend to use the Website as it may be changed.

Through the portal, the CNZFE provides the users access and use of various services and content available by the CNZFE or third parties.

2.1. Free access and use of the portal.
The provision of services by the Secretariat is free to users. Nevertheless, some of the services provided by the CNZFE through the Website are subject to pay a price in the form determined by the relevant Special Conditions.
2.2. User Registration.
In general the provision of the Services does not require prior subscription or registration of users. However, in some services the CNZFE give access to registered users. The register shall be as expressly stated in the service itself or the conditions governing it.
2.3. Accuracy of the information.
All information you provide through the Services should be true. For this purpose, the User undertakes to guarantee the authenticity of all data that communicates as a result of the implementation of the necessary forms for subscription of the Services. Similarly, the User's responsibility is to keep all information provided to CNZFE updated so that it responds at all times to the actual situation of the user. In any case the user will be responsible for any false or inaccurate conduct and the damages caused to CNZFE or to third parties for the information provided.
3. Privacy Policy
To use some of the service, users must provide in advance to the CNZFE certain personal information.
The CNZFE will automate the personal data with the purposes and conditions set out in its Privacy Policy. The CNZFE does not control or guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements in the services provided by third parties through the Portal that may cause alterations in its computer system (software and hardware) or electronic documents and files stored on your computer system.
